Most blockages are roots or wipes, and the two need completely different work. We camera the line first so you are paying to fix the actual problem rather than to guess at it.
If the line is collapsed we will tell you, show you the footage, and quote the dig separately. We would rather lose the job than jet a broken pipe and have you call us back in a month.

Do I get the camera footage?
Yes. We send it after the job, and you can give it to an insurer or a plumber getting a second opinion.
Can you tell me the cost over the phone?
We can give you the callout rate. What it costs to clear depends on what the camera finds, and anyone quoting a fixed price sight unseen is guessing.
